Personal Food

Receiving food or drinks from personal supporters is only allowed at one aid station on the bike course and after two aid stations on the run course. At the following stations personal supporters are allowed to hand you food. It has to be after the aid station.

Roundabout Station (Bike Course)
Lido Water Station (Run Course)
Stampf Station (Run Course)

At every other aid station it is prohibited to accept food or drinks from personal supporters. Violating this rule will be punished by the referees.
